FAO has just published a Policy on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples. Priniciples and implications are explored, with references to biodiversity. However, the links to CBD, access and benefit sharing are not explicit - possibly something to be developed in the future.

Te Papa have issued clarification on their guidelines on access to Maori collections - there has evidently been discussion on the issue of access by pregnant or menstruating women.
